Overall Tucson closed with 1702 total sales for the month of July 2019 that is up 12% over July 2018.

Tucson’s median price is up an astounding 10% over July 2018 at $230k.

As trends seem to favor sellers, we are still 1% less in total sales at this time last year with a total of 11,220 closed sales year to date.

With current inventory levels at 1.7%, it is clearly a seller’s market.
