Something unusual happened when I listed this house with the Covid disclaimer in the property remarks as opposed to having a typical property description.  You will notice if you read the listing, the seller requested a 48-hour courtesy call for all showings.

Several aggressive buyers put in offers based on the 3d virtual tour of the home. My seller had an accepted offer within 24 hours of the home being listed on the MLS.
