It is a good idea to attend the home inspection when you are purchasing a Tucson home. Attending the inspection allows you to see first hand and get a verbal explanation from the inspector of any issues that may come up during the inspection. Not only that but it is a great time to discover details about your house, by being present during your inspection your home inspector can point out where the water shut off valve is how to access different fixtures or systems in the house. They will also help give you an idea of what is and what isn’t normal wear and tear. Check out the video below:

It’s not required, but it’s a good idea.  As this story shows, let the inspector do their job while you take notes and pictures.

Following the inspection, the home inspector will be able to answer questions about the report and any problem areas.

This is also an opportunity to hear an objective opinion on the home you’d like to purchase and it is a good time to ask general maintenance questions.
