Like I mentioned in the video, I am not here to bash iBuyer’s to potential home sellers, for some they provide an alternative to some of the turnoffs of listing with a traditional real estate broker. If you don’t want to deal with strangers viewing your property when you list with a traditional broker then the iBuyer option is probably right for you, but it will come at a cost. In the example in the video that cost was nearly $35,000 dollars to some that represent a year worth of work wages.
If you don’t mind showing your house to potential buyer’s but would still like to AVOID paying a commission, I suggest you google discount real estate broker or discount real estate services in your home town and find a broker who provides alternatives traditional real estate commissions. I assure you if you google those key phrases in your town you will find someone to help you avoid paying a commission.
