Single family home sales totaled 1416 houses which represents a 36.81% increase over February.
The most popular price point in Tucson fell between $200k and $299k accounting for 31% of total sales.
The average days on market was 43 days five less then February.
We saw a decrease in active listings of 5.68% from last March at 3005 total homes for sale this also
is a decrease from February of 2.85%.
Two things you can take away from these stats, one we are definitely headed into the spring market and two
the numbers still seem to favor the seller.
