Hello Neighbors, when I am not helping homeowners save $1000’s in real estate commission when they list and sell, I am out in the field performing property inspections and value reports for banks and mortgage companies like Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, SWBC, BBVA, and a few other smaller lenders.
I have noticed over the last year that many of the orders I complete for homeowners who are in the process of removing PMI or private mortgage insurance from their monthly mortgage payment. If you are paying private mortgage insurance, I strongly recommend that you contact your mortgage provider and request to have your PMI removed.
Depending on the size of your mortgage you could save quite a bit of money and reduce your monthly payment. Your mortgage company will charge for the appraisal or value report so I suggest you contact a real estate agent to help you get an idea of the value of your home to make sure it qualifies for the removal of your Private Mortgage Insurance.
If you are not friends with an agent or don’t know of one who will help you determine the value of your house and whether or not making this request to your mortgage company is right for you, you can contact me I will be happy to help. No obligation and no hassle.
I will provide you with the same information I provide to the banks when I am placing a value on their properties.
