Watch the video below to see how the housing market fared in March 2019.

A few key points single-family homes sold 2 days faster with increased volume of 8.3% and total units sold increasing
8.55% over March numbers. It appears we are moving into the peak spring market in Tucson.

Sales totaled 1537 houses which represents an 8.55% increase over March.

The most popular price point in Tucson remains between $200k and $299k and accounts for 32.14% of total sales.
The average days on market was 41 days two less than March.

We saw a decrease in active listings of 6.36% from last March at 2900 total homes for sale this also
is a decrease from March of 3.49%.

A couple of takeaways we can see from these stats, one the spring market is heating up and two we remain in
a sellers market.

There never is a “perfect” time to buy or sell and timing the market is a bad strategy. If your ready to buy or sell
